A Considering of Wide-band Analog FIR Filter for Optical Transmission with Delay Unit Composed of a Source Follower and a Reactance

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) A wide-band analog FIR filter for optical transmission with delay unit composed of a source follower and a reactance is presented and considered in this paper. A delay unit is proposed for wide band and the frequency characteristics of an FIR filter with the circuit are compared to those of the conventional circuit. It is shown an FIR filter with the proposed circuit has the problem that error becomes large out of the band.
