In the dialogue with the dialog robot, we investigated the possibility of relieving the dialogue breakdown by interposing the second robot. In the study of Shiroishi et al. [1] [5], on the relaxation of breakdown by the second robot intervention. In the above research, we are conducting an evaluation experiment of a viewpoint from a dialogue observer (hereinafter referred to as a third person viewpoint). However, since the observer does not conduct a direct dialogue, it can be different from the evaluation of dialogue participants. In this study, three kinds of conditions, "no intervention", "intervention pattern 1" and "intervention pattern 2" were evaluated simulating the dialogue participant viewpoint and compared with the third person viewpoint. Therefore, it is suggested that the failure detection sensitivity may decrease in all conditions. |
