This research is aimed to clarify the relationship between frequency of ultrasonic vibration and cleaning effects. The experiment is done with two kinds of samples; flat plane sample and plane with groove sample. Through the experiment, the residual amount of oil on each sample is measured with three kinds of cleaning methods; microbubble cleaning, ultrasonic vibration cleaning, and microbubble cleaning in ultrasonic field. Cleaning using ultrasonic vibration, frequencies of 27.4 kHz, 37.4 kHz and 59.5 kHz are used. As a result, it is verified that the ultrasonic vibration cleaning in low frequency is the most effective. And it is also proved that microbubble cleaning can compensate the cleaning effects, which is lacked in ultrasonic vibration cleaning in high frequency. Concentration of oil in liquid is measured during cleaning and surface of sample is observed. |
