Wirelss power transfer(WPT) system with negative impedance converter(NIC) using transistor was investigated. In order to obtain high quality factor of transmitter(TX-coil), resistance of the TX-coil was reduced by using negative resistance which led to high efficiency of WPT system. Simulated efficiency was enhanced from 90% to 94% and 13% to 28% at transmission distance of 50 mm and 300 mm, respectively.
