| (in English) | In engineering sense, there is no argument that the definition of Information by Shannon is the foundation of current information technology. And there is nothing to disagree that Information is the leading role of modern society. However, it is also true that there is a criticism that Shannon's definition does not touch the content or meaning of information, and the concept of Information is ambiguous. In this report, by referring to the approach based on the probability of information by Shannon and Dretski, I propose a hypothesis that "Information has a property (meme) to enhance predictability" and studied the case and derivation concept . | |
