(in English) High repetition frequency, short pulse width and time stability are required for the application of pulsed light as clock light source for Optical Time Division Multiplexing transmission methods. The all-optical semiconductor-gate-based mode-locked laser scheme of this group is supposed to have scientifically significant advantages in terms of the tunability of optical center frequency, the compatibility to conventional integrated planar-wave-guided structures, etc. We had demonstrated cross correlation width depends on detuning from resonance, and achieved single-ring-mode oscillation (SMSR 10 dB) by high finesse. In this work, we have characterized cross correlation width broadening by detuning from resonance depends on finesse of etalon built in DISC-loop. And single-ring-mode oscillation with high SMSR has achieved by high resonance at relatively low finesse. Based on these experimental fact, we will characterize the tolerance of resonance for single-ring-mode oscillation control.
