[Invited Lecture] Self-Interference Cancellation for In-Band Full-Duplex

(in English) In-band full duplex, which is a new communication system attracting attention for 5G and beyond, can transmit and receive information simultaneously at same frequency band.
However, self-interference cancellation is essential for realizing in-band full duplex.
In this report, we review some research trends and problems on adaptive digital filters regarding self-interference cancellation.
Today, a parallel Hammerstein model is proposed to eliminate self-interference precisely.
Although this model can cancel self-interference highly, it consumes large computational costs in a learning period.
To reduce computational costs, we propose a frequency-domain self-interference canceller.
We clarify that the proposed canceller achieves high cancellation and low computational costs.
