Information floating delivers information to destination areas by wireless direct communication between mobile nodes and movement of mobile nodes preventing disordered spread of information by permitting mobile nodes to transmit information only in designated transmittable areas. Networked information floating is a method that delivers and generates information by cooperation of different information floatings in different areas for different purposes, and utilizes information for various purposes. As an application of networked information floating, distribution of traffic information in the case that communication infrastructure is unavailable like disaster situations is considered. In this report, we consider some methods to assign transmittable areas to each of various information, and evaluate these methods by computer simulation. |
