Fabrication and Electric Properties of Bilayer Graphene with Intercalation of Metal Layer

(in English) Single-layered graphene sheets were synthesized on Cu foils by a chemical vapor deposition method. The graphene/Cu foil was dipped in Fe(NO)3 solution to etch the Cu foil and Fe or Ca atoms were left on the graphene using Fe(NO)3 or CaCl2 solutions. Metal intercalated bilayer graphenes were fabricated by accumulating another graphene on the metal adsorbed etched graphene. The G/2D ratio of all samples was higher than 0.4. The metal-intercalated bilayer graphene fabricated using 0.06mol/L and 0.12mol/L of Fe(NO)3 or CaCl2 solutions for adsorption of metal atom. The sheet resistance at room temperature of the sample fabricated using 0.06 mol/L of Fe (NO)3 solution was 500 kΩ/sq. and temperature dependence of a sheet resistance was semiconducting property. The sheet resistance at room temperature of the sample fabricated using 0.12 mol/L of Fe (NO)3 solution was 1300 Ω / sq. and temperature dependence of a sheet resistance was alloy property. The sheet resistance at room temperature of the sample fabricated using 0.12 mol/L of CaCl2 solution was 6430Ω/sq. and temperature dependence of a sheet resistance was alloy property.
