Conversion of images at micro level of the normal lung and those with very early stage lung disease, and the quantitative analysis of morphology on these images can contribute to the chest image diagnosis of the next generation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure of pulmonary acinus. 3D structure of lung can classify airway systems and blood vessel systems. Results of classifying lung parenchyma by bronchial classification are shown by the analysis of the airway system. Results of extraction of the capillary beds are shown by the analysis of the blood vessel system. |
