(in English) To realize further future space development and space travel, realization of high frequency reuse type spacecraft is an indispensable item.
Also, when considering use in space,
Space cabin health monitoring sensor system should be equipped to increase the frequency of reuse, compact, thin and high performance wireless communication system which is shared with communication between the spacecraft and the ground is essential .
Therefore, our research group has been examining microwave power transmission with the aim of realizing Space - By - Wireless by space ICET which reduces the body by wirelessizing the wire harness inside the aircraft.In this paper, we have fabricated a power transmission system AIA (Active Integrated Antenna) using GaN device, so we will discuss about it and report on future issues.
