An Analysis of Hybrid Continuous-time/Discrete-time Circuit with Asymmetric Frequency Response

(in English) This paper presents a theoretical analysis of programmable wideband hybrid Continuous-Time (CT)/Discrete-Time (DT) circuits with asymmetric frequency response. The CT/DT architecture shares the charge between I path and Q path, enabling to achieve asymmetric frequency response. The transfer function is theoretically derived based on the hybrid CT/DT analysis. They show good agreements between the calculated results of the transfer function and the circuit simulation results.
