| (in English) | The recent demand of the ICT capacity is increasing with drastic rate, and therefore the development of high-speed transceivers with small form factor and low power consumption becomes very important and critical issue. The forum standardization bodies such as IEEE802.3 and OIF, propose the common specifications with de-fact manner, which plays important roles from the view point of the transceiver inter-operation and the development cost reduction. This paper mainly introduces the standardization status of 400G optical transceivers, which becomes more important activities as the position of post 100G optical transceivers. | |
