Comparison of the theoretical model and optical measurement of diaphragm vibration for the laboratory standard microphone

(in English) As a method to measure the sensitivity of a microphone, a reciprocity calibration method using three microphones was proposed as a with highly standard measurement method (IEC 61094-2) which precision.However,this method requires three microphones to establish measurement and it is impossible to measure with single microphone sensitivity.
This method also has problems with low SN ratio and long measurement time.
Here a novel method is proposed determine to estimate the acoustic volume velocity from the estimated volum velocity with the measured by diaphragm vibration of the microphone by a laser Doppler vibrometer
The proposed method gives the relationship between diaphragm motion and acoustic volume velocity as an experimental model for the measured volume velocity relative to the resonance frequency of the microphone, and when measuring the sensitivity of each microphone, vibration of only the diaphragm center point is measured.
