On the Extraction of State Transition Tables from an Embedded Software System and Analysis Support

(in English) It is hard to understand legacy code for an embedded software system. It leads much cost for maintaining and reusing the system. Real-time control of an embedded software system can be represented as a state transition model. In this paper, we propose an approach to extract state transition tables from legacy code for understanding embedded real-time systems. Also, we also discuss a method to support developers in analyzing large and complex state transition tables.
