The Influence on Health by SNS Addiction -- Comparison of LINE, Twitter, Facebook, Mixi --

(in English) With the spread of SNS(LINE, Twitter, Facebook, Mixi) it became possible to send our opinion easily to the world. SNS tiredness has been pointed out. The aim of this study was to clarify the use of SNS and the influence on health, and obtain suggestions for education. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 1,032 peoples. As a results, the LINE utilization high group felt headache, body stiffness, chest pain, and the future prospect was also higher than the low group. The high usage group of Twitter felt physical disorder in all items than the low group. Regarding Informatics Literacy Education on SNS, suggesting the need to educate to use while controlling SNS, based on Twitter is to lead to the most physical disorder.
