While the network system has spread to various places and the architecture has been complicated, the number of system operators who can make advanced troubleshooting and maintenance work is decreasing. For this reason, the OPEX are increasing and it takes time to troubleshoot or it cannot find the root cause. In this research, we also focus on environmental information obtained from the environment in which the equipment is installed, and propose a system that autonomously detects device failure and troubleshoots early. Our proposal system causes to repeat a cycle that is comprised collecting information, analyzing information and testing and control equipment. The system implements proactive maintenance by operating scheduled maintenance before the failure which affects the service occurs. We implemented the system using the proposed method as PoC and confirmed that the troubleshooting and maintenance work are executed autonomously. |
