Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The fifth-generation (5G) mobile communication systems introduces Massive MIMO for super high bit rate and large system capacity. In low-SHF-band, fully digital Massive MIMO which can operate higher accuracy beamforming (BF) can be applied early although bandwidth is narrower than that of high-SHF-band. A joint processing of digital fixed BF and channel state information (CSI)-based precoding (digital FBCP) is proposed as one of the fully digital methods. Additionally, intersite coordination scheme using digital FBCP is proposed to mitigate intersite interference and transmit multiple streams efficiency. An effectiveness of the scheme has been shown by computer simulations. However, we should evaluate it on actual environments. Therefore, we try out outdoor experiment to obtain actual propagation data by using fully digital Massive MIMO. Moreover, this paper shows an effectiveness of the intersite coordination scheme on actual environments by computer simulations using actual propagation data.
