(in English) A micromagnetic model analysis was carried out considering two types of write head and three types of spin-torque oscillator (STO). It was found that, compared with isolated STOs in a uniform applied field, a larger applied field was necessary for STOs integrated into a write head to obtain stable FGL (field generation layer) oscillation when an AC coil current was applied. However, it was impossible to predict stable STO oscillation from the applied field distribution acting on the FGL.
