Flexible organic solar cells for indoor light harvesting toward an individual power supply in IoT technology have been explored. We found that the power conversion efficiency of solar cells measured under indoor light illumination is higher than that under 100mW/cm2 AM1.5 light illumination. We also report dependence of the solar cell performance on substrate materials and position of the devices. |
