This research is a study pertaining to "Performance prediction of low cycle processing system (Approximation method)" which is beneficial to utilize a huge variety of existing sensors and IoT, aiming to take advantage of IoT which is expected to be put to practical use in manufacturing industries (especially for materials).
When adopting IoT and edge computing for high-speed data processing, it is important to anticipate and prevent load increase, processing delay, and service degradation due to possible data increase, in advance. For relatively lower cycle control systems in manufacturing industries, we shall devise a performance prediction approximation formula which can be widely used in each phase of design and operation for system and propose measures to contribute to an advanced flexible production method. |
