Ad-hoc Routing Method based on Predicted Link Connection Duration and Hop Count

(in English) With the growth of IoT (Internet of Things), cars that are equipped with Internet access (i.e., connected cars) are gradually becoming widespread.
In addition, smartphone ownership continues to rise.
In this situation, communication between smartphone and car, among cars and among smartphones becomes possible.
Therefore, it is important to prevent communication quality degradation caused by link disconnection among ad hoc mobile devices.
In order to resolve these issues, some ad hoc routing protocols based on link quality were proposed in past literatures.
However, these ad hoc routing protocols assume that mobile devices' moving speed is low.
In this paper, we propose ad hoc routing algorithm to provide stable path by predicting link disconnection time for various mobile devices' movement patterns.
In experimental evaluation, we showed that the proposed ad hoc routing algorithm outperforms the traditional ad hoc routing algorithm in terms of the link disconnection.
