Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Research and development on high-capacity communication technology based on the millimeter wave band have been developed to cope with an increase in communication demand in the future high-speed mobile body. We are researching and developing to obtain a vector-modulated signal in the millimeter wave band by multiplying the radio frequency in the optical domain. In this paper, we report on the relationship between the symbol rate and the modulation accuracy of the 96 GHz band signal generated by doubling the light.
