Development of millimeter wave rectifier by MEMS technology

(in English) We developed a rectifier circuit of 94GHz by MEMS, and got 38±8% of rectification efficiency at the time of 104 mW, load resistance 120 Ω. In addition, the output electricity achieved a maximum of 39 mW and succeeded in the development of the rectifier circuit which worked with the electricity that was higher than the precedent study of the other millimeter-wave rectifier circuit.
