Radon transformation for line-scan image of the confocal laser-scanning microscopy are a means to observe the velocity of red blood cells in the brain micro-vessels. Preprocessing for the high contrast image and edge extraction was applied for the low signal noise ratio image. Two hundred and ninety images from twenty-two animals were investigated. We can estimate the velocity from all the images even some threshold value and extracted region must be manually setting. Even it is not completely auto-determination, we can apply the methods for objective determination in the investigation of our animal studies. |
