PAPR Reduction Scheme for OFCDM Using Code Shift Keying

(in English) In this paper, a peak to average power ratio(PAPR) reduction scheme for Orthogonal Frequency and Code Division Multiplex(OFCDM) using Code Shift Keying(CSK) is considered. In OFCDM, PAPR can be reduced by devising the data modulation scheme and the design of the pseudo-noise(PN) code. An OFCDM scheme using Modified Pseudo-Ternary M-sequences(MPTM) as the PN code is considered. A cumulative complementary distribution function(CCDF) of PAPR of the proposed system is evaluated when the code length of MPTM and the number of subcarriers increase. As a result, PAPR decreases when the code length shortens. The PAPR reduction performance improves when the number of subcarriers decreases. Moreover, PAPR can be reduced by using Generalized Modified Prime Sequence Code(GMPSC) as the PN code.
