Multiple Data Aggregation and Relay System for Collecting a Huge Amount of Small Size Data on Wireless Networks

(in English) In recent years, devices such as sensors connected to the Internet are increasing due to rapid development of M2M technology. Since the number of data transmissions from these devices would become huge whereas their size may be small, with considering the mobility of these devices, it is necessary to accommodate a huge number of small size data in wireless network environment. When a data accommodation node, i.e. AP, based on CSMA/CA is assumed, it is difficult to directly receive at AP from a huge number of data generation nodes. So far, we have proposed the indirection communication via aggregation/relay nodes, which are randomly selected from generation nodes, to improve the frame receiving rate at AP, However in this method, there would be perfromance limitation due to the collision among generation nodes transmitting frames to same aggregation/relay node. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the multiple aggregation/relay scheme from one generation node to overcome the above limitation, and investigate the optimal ratio of aggregation/relay nodes and the optimal aggregation time in a data transmission period.
