In recent years, the social structure of Japan has been changing drastically with the declining birthrate and the aging of the population, and regional creation is an important issue. As one of the solutions to this problem, public data have been opened as Linked Open Data (LOD) and the number of LODs to be released has been increasing year by year. However, many LODs are not sufficiently normalized, and it is difficult to use them generically. In this paper, the current issues of LOD are described and the triple data of Resource Description Framework (RDF) are constructed by using Internationalized Resource Identifier (IRI), which extended Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) in order to generalize LOD. In addition, we present the setup method of metadata to construct LOD aiming for multi-linking of related resources. As the example of the proposed system, weconstructed the prototype of Shingu tourism portal site and introduced Shingu LOD that was constructed 4,444 triples. We confirmed that the average cluster coefficient becomes more than 0.1 and the effectiveness of this method. |
