In this study, we attempted to estimate people's position and behavior using wireless power sensors and vibration sensors. These kind of information are applicable for lifewatch, health care, efficient air conditioning control and others. We developed battery-less non-intrusive power sensors and long-life vibration sensors, both of which have advantages in cost and maintainability. We tested the sensors in a vacant house and a laboratory office, and obtained the detailed data of the usage of each electric appliances or furniture. Integration of the power and vibration data gives us a more concreate estimation of people’s activity while keeping privacy. |
