| (in English) | We have developed a system which can identify what drivers look at on a driving simulator. Conventional eye tracking systems can measure fixation points but cannot specify objects in the scene. Therefore, researchers have taken a great effort to analyze the data with their own eyes. In this study, we combined a driving simulator and an eye tracking system in order to detect fixated objects and then conducted verification experiments for our system. The success rate was high for some participants, but it was low for some. Present problems requiring improvements were clarified. |
