Accuracy Improvement of Fast Search for Video Database Using Combination of Multiple Histogram Features

(in English) Video search means how to accurately locate the position of query video clip if it exists in the video database. In this research, we propose a novel feature called to Orientation Vector Feature (OVF) to perform fast search, which can obtain the brightness variation and its direction in the frame image. It is shown that the video search accuracy improves by combining Orientation Vector Feature with the existing feature. Moreover, by applying time-series active search, a temporal pruning algorithm, high-speed video search can be achieved.
