(in English) It is difficult to design optimal analog circuit in a short time in terms of designing flexibility because the electrical circuit planners still design the circuit based on their experience and knowledge.
In analog circuit, the operational amplifier is the particularly important circuit which is used widely for information device and electric household appliance.
In this paper, we propose the automatic design of operational amplifier based on equation-based and Genetic Algorithm. We realized some operational amplifier specialized in three evaluation functions considering trade-off of each performance, by using optimized the existing differential input circuit and output circuit in Genetic Algorithm and previously designed bias circuit based on equation-based.
