Currently, due to the decreasing and aging of the expert woodworkers, their skills are faced with the threat of disappearance. Therefore, it is essential to transfer skills to young people. However, many guidances are carried out subjectively and qualitatively. In order to transfer skills efficiently, it is necessary to show their abilities objectively and quantitatively. In this study, we measured the state of sawing, which is frequently used in various applications among woodworking, by using acceleration / angular velocity sensor, then investigated the saw blade trajectory and angle among different skill leveled subjects. |
