In social systems, each player is considered to make a decision selfishly, and desirable states are not always realized. A control method using a government that offers a subsidy to each player has been proposed. The previous studies show some stabilization conditions of the target state in cases where dynamical behaviors of strategy distributions are modeled by replicator dynamics. For determining the subsidy, however, the government requires the information about the payoff of each player if the target state does not correspond to any equilibrium point of the replicator dynamics without the subsidy. In this paper, we propose an allocation method of a subsidy that implements a PI controller to the replicator dynamics. The proposed allocation method depends only on the population state and is independent of the payoff of each player. Then, we show that an arbitrary target state can be realized by the proposed method. |
