Output Characteristics of Peak Current Mode DC-DC Converter for Energy Management in Data Center

(in English) The energy management for the data center has been required because of increasing power consumption in the information and communication fields. When it is implemented, the power supply must play many roles. Therefore, the digital control which has high flexibility is very effective technique in such a case. However, the issues of the digital control must be solved. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics are improved by the digital peak current mode control which can capture a peak current in real time. Also, by changing the proportional gain dynamically, the oscillation of the reactor current brought by the influence of the resolution is suppressed while improving the transient response.
