[Poster Presentation] Study of illuminator using direct current electricity supply

(in English) This paper proposes an illuminator that uses direct current (DC) supply. In recent years, energy-saving in household electrical appliances is emphasized. Further, with the developments in the field of power electronics, the number of digital household electrical appliances that operate using DC power sources has increased. In this paper, the value by the illuminator equipment and each power consumption when adopting DC power supply system in the building and AC power supply system, were considered in LED illumination. An illuminator device was estimated by an equipment element. The power consumption in a building when supplying the electric power using DC and AC supply systems was compared. Therefore, the relationship between the dimming rate of the illuminator device and each value was established, and practical use of the illuminator device that uses a DC power supply system can cause a reduction in energy consumption.
