[Poster Presentation] A Method of Path Integration/division to Analyze a Failed Switch and its Failed Part

(in English) We have proposed a technique to identify a failure of network function such as access control while reducing the number of ports on which packets are counted. In our technique, paths on which packets passing through are integrated/partitioned, and a packet loss rate for each integrated/partitioned paths are measured. In this paper, using the real network configuration data, we verify the estimation accuracy of a failed switch and its failed part. As a result of the verification, we can accurately identify the port on which the failed functions are though it is difficult to identify the failed function if the multiple functions are on a port.
