A study on application of one time pad to enhance information secrecy in wireless distributed transmission

(in English) The authors have proposed a secure distributed transmission method by providing multiple transmission routes to a destination. In the proposed scheme, the transmitted information is divided into pieces of “shared information” by a secret-sharing method, and the pieces of information are separately transmitted to the destination through different transmission routes with individually controlled antenna directivities. Although the method increases the secrecy of the transmitted information generally in an assumed region around transmitter and receiver, it seriously deteriorates the performance when an eavesdropper exists in the vicinity of receiver. In this paper, we propose a method to provide a “key link'' and send a key as an One Time Pad. Computer simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
