(in English) In this paper, we demonstrate the field experimental trial of TDD Massive MIMO in the 4.5GHz Band. In TDD system, channel reciprocity between downlink and uplink channels can be used to obtain the channel state information at the transmitter side. However, RF calibration is required since the mismatch of the transceiver radio frequency (RF) circuits of different transmit and/or receive antennas disables the full exploitation of channel reciprocity. Our experimental results are described and the performance of downlink single user TDD Massive MIMO with RF calibration is investigated in various field environments and for different number of receiving antennas at the UE side.
