In this paper, we explain the outline of our sightseeing support application using BLE beacon in Nikko, one of world cultural heritages in Japan. Development of this application is performed as a project of SCOPE (Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme) funded by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in Japan. We also explain the user experience model that we are using as a basis of our application. This UX model is based on “expectation, awareness and memory” and unknown part. Then we extend this model to explain the relation between two persons to transfer the experience of travel. For example, a letter produced by an automatic colorization system for freehand line drawing could be useful to persuade receivers to visit location. |
