||We have investigated the organization simulator as a means to prevent workplace depression. The simulator and its communication model show the behaviors of human relationships based on the idea of ‘Message Theory’.
In this report, we investigate the effects of the organization sizes (number of person), the message receiving/sending characteristics, and position of the person. The conditions of simulation are (1) Friends (2 persons), (2) Family (Baby, Mother, and Father), and (3) Workplace (9 persons). As a result, the personal and organizational statuses (positions of the persons, mean distance, and mean mental health index) are varied according to the posteriori condition.
