An Extension of Block-Permutation-Based-Encryption Schemes for Lossless Image Compression

(in English) This paper proposes a permutation-based image encryption scheme for lossless coded images. The conventional scheme generates an encrypted image through the four processes; block scrambling, block rotation/inversion, negative-positive transformation, and color component shuffling, after dividing an original image into multiple blocks. The proposed scheme has improved the conventional scheme by extending one of the four processes, that is, a negative-positive transformation. The resilience against the jigsaw puzzle solving problems can be consequently increased owing to the enhanced color scrambling.
