| (in English) | Image processing using Bayesian framework generally needs to assume a image prior. However, there are no explicit criteria choosing a suitable prior. This manuscript proposes a method that compares image priors by evaluating the mean Shannon information contents of natural images. In this approach, we often suffer from calculatingthenormalizationconstantsofimagepriors,butwesuccessfullyapproximatedthemnumericallybyusing the thermodynamic integration and the exchange Monte Carlo method. | |
