Observation of Crop Cultivation under Extremely Water Saved Condition -- Practical Assessment of The Water Saving Cultivation Method --

(in English) This manuscript describes an experiment to confirm the plant response under critical water saved condition using the water saving cultivation method. In the experiment, tomato plant was grown in a dried and sieved soil. A very small amount of water was supplied to the rooting zone just before the tomato withering. The experiment was conducted in a phytotron environment and the amount of water supply was precisely recorded. The environment data including light density, temperature and humidity were measured during the experiment. We confirmed the flowering and fruiting of tomato under this critical water saved condition.
