Cell detection for multiple cells with large mutual luminance difference

(in English) We propose a method for cell separation in microscopic images. In this report, it is for cells which relatively broadly change in body shape and in luminance characteristics between frames. The analyzed movies are U2OS cells at a frame rate of 4 frames per hour. The proposed method repeatedly corrects the luminance of undetected cells, to detect whole cells from bright to dark. Finally, the experimental results show that the occurrence of undetected cells can be suppressed.
