| (in English) | Cloud storage gateway is a file server storing data in cloud storage running in a remote datacenter. Our challenge is to shorten time to get modify time of previous versions of a file stored in cloud storage when the gateway shows previous versions for windows clients. One of the requirements is to shorten the time without modifying windows client software, and parallel prefetching method is proposed. The proposed method is effective because it can shorten the restoration time to get modify time of previous versions proportionally to the multiplicity parameter. | |
