ICN Link-state Routing for Disrupted Networks in a Disaster Area -- Enhanced NLSR using Linc-cost of Transmission Latency --

(in English) Social networking service (SNS) is very effective for safety
confirmations in disaster situations. To use daily-used applications
like SNS even in disaster situations, it is necessary that these
applications work even in disrupted networks which is interconnected by
Delay-tolerant networking (DTN). For this aim, applications should be
able to predict a transmission delay to get each content based on the
routing information and adapt their behaviors to normal situation or
disaster situation based on this delay. This paper proposes a link state
routing protocol that uses transmission delay as a routing metric as an
extension of existing NLSR.
