Analysis of Packet Collision in Parking Navigation System Using ZigBee Network

(in English) It is hard to find vacant spaces in crowded large parking area. Therefore, some navigation systems using wireless communications have been proposed. However, packet collisions are generated, because a lot of terminals participate in the network. Navigation delays that are caused by packet collisions are apprehended. In this paper, CCA detected rate and packet collision rate are evaluated. Receiving error rate of navigation information is examined for the navigation delay. In large parking area, usually some entrances are placed. Thus, the large parking area with 2 entrances is considered to evaluate these characteristics in this paper.
