Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, it have been investigated massive MIMO technology using the several hundred elements and utilization of quasi-millimeter and millimeter frequency band to realize for a next-generation mobile communication systems.
These are considered to satisfy high communication quality and high-speed transmission at the same time by increasing the base stations after shrinking wireless area of base stations. However, it is necessary to set up huge number of base stations, because these frequency is difficult to achieve at long distance such as several km. Therefore, it is effective to send not only information but also the power supply by the wireless. In this report, it is assumed that the driving power is transmitted by wireless, and the powered antenna structure ensure the dynamic range, in order to suppress the efficiency deterioration by installed position of powered panel. We propose the high efficiency rectified circuit to feedback the self rectified bias. For instance, we calculate this circuit using high frequency circuit simulator at 5.8 GHz. It is clear that the RF/DC conversion efficiency is improved in 21.7% when the input power is 25 mW. We finally obtained the nearly same characteristic to conventional conversion efficiency at high imput.
