Immediate transmission scheme for emergency packets on TDM systems

(in English) We propose a system concept in which the emergency packets are transmitted immediately when they are input into the transmitter on TDM systems. In proposal, the partially broken non-emergency packets are tried to correct with spectrum overlapping transmission technique. Latency time less than 1 ms is required for ultra-reliable and low latency category for IoT services in 5G systems. In order to meet the requirement, there is an approach in which the controller allocates the transmission resources with higher frequency. But it causes throughput degradation because of overhead increasing. We have evaluated the impacts to packet error rate and throughput with computer simulations and indicate the advantage of proposal.
